Concerning Premium Tours

What if the property is in restricted airspace?

It may be possible for us to obtain permission through Patuxent River Naval Airbase to fly in restricted airspace, but we may be restricted to flying on a Saturday and 2-3 week advance notice may be needed for the proper approvals.  In the event we learn that your scheduled property is in restricted airspace, you will be notified.  We can then upgrade the scheduling to a tentatively agreed upon Saturday.  We will then require your permission to charge your credit card for the payment difference.

To see if your property is in restricted airspace, you may go to https://app.airmap.io and type in the address.  Zoom in and click on the property pinpoint.  If a restriction comes up that says "Special Use Airspace," then this will require we obtain base permission (again, 2-3 week advance notice).  If there is also a restriction that says "Controlled Airspace" and "Class D Requires FAA Authorization," then the property will require a 3+ month authorization from the FAA - likely surpassing your desired timeframe.

What if the weather isn't looking so good?

In the event the weather is not conducive to flying a drone or deemed undesirable for the photography, we will reschedule the drone shoot to the next available day/time for both parties.  If this doesn't work with your timeline, the drone shoot may be cancelled.

What sets you apart from other companies?

We are commercially insured for these services.
